Starting out as a dancer in Adelaide in 1985 then progressing to become one of Australia’s most sought-after Latin DJs playing all styles of Latin music as well as mainstream genres such as Funk, New Jack Swing and what is now considered to be Retro 80’s music.

In the early 90’s, Marsss travelled to Spain and quickly learned about NRG, House and Techno, playing throughout mainland Spain (“Ruta del Bacalao”, Pacha) as well as Ibiza and Tenerife (Canary Islands). Then he was on to Manchester and Liverpool (UK) where he played the “Rave” scene.

Marsss has hosted many events in Sydney such as the Bacardi Festival in Darling Harbour, The Cuban Festival at Club Marconi since its inception in 2005 and the annual South American Festival which has been held at Bondi Beach for the last 14 years.
